"It takes a village... you are not alone."
Ever since I can remember, I have been interested in understanding people and in hearing their unique stories. I welcome you with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your healing journey. I believe in your innate ability to find balance, and together, we will explore the emotions, patterns, and body signals that arise. We will also focus on what brings meaning to your life and discover practices that help you feel grounded and supported.
My background in cultural studies and world travel has given me insight into the many ways humans navigate life’s challenges. For 30 years, I taught languages to all age groups, expanding my understanding of what people need to feel safe expressing themselves. As a musician, I appreciate the power of creativity, sound, and rhythm in the therapeutic process. I regularly spend time in nature and value the calm that this brings into daily life.
I have a trauma-informed approach to working with depression, anxiety, stress management, attachment issues, midlife transitions, grief and loss, breakups, academic and school issues, psychedelic integration, and more. I am also HSP-informed and passionate about working with highly sensitive persons.
