  • Diagnostic Assessment Intake Session: $225 per Clinical hour (53 minutes)

  • Hourly Rate: $160/Clinical hour (53 minutes)

  • Clinical Consultation/Coordination of Care: Billed at a pro-rated rate of a full clinical hour in 15 minute increments ($40/15 min)

  • Missed/Late Cancel Appointment Fee (under 24 hours notice) $100
