Rachael Opseth, MA

Pre-licensed Counselor (she/her)

With over a decade of experience as a school counselor, I’ve supported at-risk youth, young adults, and families as they navigate complex systems and life transitions. I bring this same dedication into my therapy practice, creating a space where clients can feel safe, seen, and supported as they heal and grow into their most authentic selves.

I’m passionate about helping clients identify meaningful goals, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life rooted in clarity, connection, and purpose. Together, we’ll celebrate your progress and navigate challenges, with compassion and a shared commitment to your goals.

I support adult, teen, pre-teen, and adolescent clients of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and lived experiences. I offer a warm, person-centered approach grounded in unconditional positive regard and a deep respect for each individual’s story. In my office, everyone has a voice, and you will be met with compassion, acceptance, and authenticity.
