My goal is to balance the precision of a therapeutic perspective with the warmth of genuine human contact. I don't see these as opposing forces, but as two elements that belong together in service of a person’s full complexity. Together, we look at the themes that show up across your relationships and decisions. After our work together, clients often find they move through the world with a renewed creative agency, a steady sense of power, and a present groundedness—a sense of being the author of their responses rather than a bystander to their patterns.

My Approach & Specializations
Trained in Sensorimotor and Gestalt therapy, I work with adults (25+) with a deep attention to what lies beneath the surface. I help clients navigate major life transitions—including those internal shifts that may not be visible to the outside world.

As a bilingual therapist speaking both English and Russian,  my own experience navigating life across different languages and cultures has given me a particular appreciation for the parts of our inner lives that live in-between. This perspective allows me to understand the profound disorientation of transitions—whether you are moving between careers, countries, or versions of yourself. I aim to be a steady, warm, and genuinely present companion, offering a space where you can arrive fully, exactly as you are. I look forward to meeting you there.
