J.P. Morgan, MS

Pre-licensed Counselor (he/him)

My background working at meditation centers, where I provided psycho-emotional support, led group meditations, and facilitated group processing, has deeply shaped my approach as a therapist. I create a safe, relational, and dynamic space for clients to explore their inner world. I value a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding, aiming to help individuals cultivate well-being and fulfillment.

I work with individuals (18+) and couples from all backgrounds, respecting each person’s unique lived experience. My approach integrates person-centered and psychodynamic methods, weaving together exploratory, reflective, and skills-focused frameworks.

Our work may involve increasing self-awareness, exploring identity and life meaning, processing grief, emotional pain, or life transitions, and developing tools to cope with stress. I also incorporate mindfulness, somatic practices, and creative techniques, such as dream reflection, movement, breathwork, and journaling, to support self-regulation and personal growth.
