Finding the right support to help navigate life’s challenges can make all the difference. My intention while working together is to create a trusting relationship in a judgment-free space so that you feel encouraged and safe to express yourself and be you. In session, my aim is to provide an attuned listening ear while you share your concerns, thoughts and feelings.

My collaborative treatment approach includes several counseling theories and techniques including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Somatic - all tailored to meet your unique needs.  Through our work together, my hope is that you find more ease and fulfillment in your life.

Together we can navigate symptoms of stress, anxiety, life transitions, loss, depression, behavior change, somatic symptoms, trauma, and a desire to better understand oneself. Women’s issues across the lifespan and health & wellness are my areas of special interest and dedication.

My 20+ years of counseling experience consists of work in clinical counseling/therapy, college advising and school counseling. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in treatment programs with patients addressing anxiety, depression and OCD and providing individual therapy for adults with a variety of personal and mental health concerns at a local counseling office.
